Cogn�ilm ber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-158
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 930/931
SHILOH AND GLEANLOCH PARK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the contract for Project 930/931:
1. Install culvert provided by City at Gleanloch Park.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 930 and 931 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 930 and 931 adding $60.00 is approved
and the contract price of $85,086.00 is revised to $85,146.00.
