Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-157
AMENDING DEVELOOMENT CONTRACT FOR HADLEY PLACE ADDITIONS (A-522)
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 79-179, adopted April 2, 1979, the City Council approved
a development contract for Hadley Place Addition; and
WHEREAS, Item 4.3 of that development contract contained an incorrect amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Section 4.3 of the development contract is revised and the amount
due for City administration costs is $4,841.20.
FURTHER, that the overpayment in the amount of $1,657.17 be refunded to the
developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foli5wing voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
