Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
2nd day of March , 1981 . The following members were
present: -Mayor Davenport, Councilmem ers H—Neils,_Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-156
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR
PROJECT NO. 114
COUNTY ROAD 10 AND CO. RD. 61
WHEREAS, agreement for participation in the construction and operation of a
temporary traffic control signal at the intersection of County Road 10 and
County Road 61, Hennepin County Project No. 8004, Agreement No. PW 03-17-81 has
been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said agreement be in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign Agree-
ment No. PW 03-17-81, Hennepin County Project No. 80004.
FURTHER, that the City cost of the project be authorized from the M.S.A. account.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
