Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M nnei sots, was -Fe -TT —on the

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-154
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CONSULTANT FOR THE COMPLETION
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PARK SYSTEM PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth intends to use the services of planning con-
sultants to perform professional services in the completion of City's Com-
prehensive Park System Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommends the selec-
tion of Brauer & Associates to provide the City with such services, based
upon an analysis of proposals received from five consulting firms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Brauer & Associates be named Park Planning Con-
sultants for the Comprehensive Park System Plan and that the City Manager
be authorized to negotiate a contract with Brauer & Associates, which con -
10 tract is to be submitted to the City Council for approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt.
