Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, nesota, was held on the

moved its adoption:
RFSOLUTION NO. 81- 153
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE Ntw
EIRE SERVICE EQUIPMENT TRUCK BODY
WHEREAS, pursuant to State Statute, specifications were prepared and public
notification provided for the solicitation of bids for one new Fire Service
Equipment Truck
Body; and
WHEREAS, on February 19, 1981, bids
were received
for one new
Fire Service
Equipment Truck
Body as shown below:

WHEREAS, following an analysis of both proposals with regard to their performance
to the City's specifications, the City Manager has recommended that the bid be
awarded to E. Hoiby Body Company in the amount of $28,150;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does award bid for the purchase of one
new Fire Service Equipment Truck Body to E. Hoiby Body Company in the amount of
$28,400 and further directs the City Manager to enter into a contract with E.
Hoiby Body Company for the purchase and provision of this equipment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote avor thereof: Cnionrilmembers Hout Neils, Schneider &
Threinen
The following voted against orabstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
