Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was a on the
2nd day of March , 1981 . The following members were
present: _Councilmembers Hovt. Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent., _ Mayor Davenport
introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-150
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR THOMAS HUMPHREY
(81008)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Thomas Humphrey who
has requested the division in order to allow the sale of an existing single
family home; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a variance from the Subdivision Code to
permit said division;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Easements for future road right-of-way as approved by the City Engineer.
2. Submittal of written agreement among present and future fee owners and the
City as to completion and filing of the final Registered Land Survey; said
agreement to be approved by the City Manager.
