Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of
March. 1981 The following members were present: Mavor Davenport,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 147
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "OAKDALE WEST" FOR DON MYRON
(79079)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Oakdale West" as requested by Don Myron;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication in accordance with the
City Policy in effect at the time of filing of 'inal plat; improvement of
trail corridor per City standards with credit given for the cost of such
improvements as verified by the City Engineer in accordance with the Park
Dedication Policy.
3. Detailed trail construction plans consistent with City SLand,,:rds shall be
submitted.
4. Street naming to be consistent with adopted street naming system.
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
