Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,nnMi esota was held on the
2nd—day of _ March , 1981 . The following members were
oresent:r v rt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-146
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "OAKDALE WEST" FOR DON MYRON
(79079)
WHEREAS, Don Myron has requested approval of the final plat for "Oakdale West",
a plat for 33 single family lots and 3 outlots located southeast of Kreatz Lake,
west of Dunkirk Lane and north of Oakwood Elementary School and a development
contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Don Myron for
final plat approval of "Oakdale West", a plat for 33 single family lots and 3
outlots located southeast of Kreatz Lake, west of Dunkirk Lane and north of
Oakwood Elementary School;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'

foilowing vote in favor t e�reo#- davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider & Thretnen
