Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetina of
' the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of March , 19_§L. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hot Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Co ncilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-138
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK WITH RESPECT TO THE FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 81-137
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has authorized the vacation OT
a portion of Quaker Lane in Pheasant Hills Addition; and
WHEREAS, the City requires additional street right-of-way for a cul-de-sac at the
south end of Quaker Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. That the City Clerk is directed to not file the resolution vacating the
aforedescribed portion of Quaker Lane until such time as the following con-
ditions occur:
a. The owners of Lot 10, Blk. 1 and Lot 14, Blk. 3, Pheasant Hills Addition,
also the petitioners for the vacation, grant the City an easement for
street purposes to establish a 100 foot diameter cul-de-sac at the south
end of Quaker Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
