to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
day of February , 1981 . The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-131
REGARDING APPOINTMENTS AND TERMS OF COMMISSIONERS SERVING ON THE PLYMOUTH
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, terms of Housing and Redevelopment Authority seats were established
in 1976 under Resolution No. 76-23 for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years respectively;
and,
WHEREAS, the established length of terms is to be five years as each of the
respective seats become vacant at the expiration of the initial terms so that
expirations are realized on a staggered basis; and,
WHEREAS, due to several resignations by commissioners prior to the expiration
of their terms, and due to errors and omissions in the appointment/reappointment
actions on January 28th and March 3rd, 1980, the current terms of membership are
not consistent with the established schedule of terms of office; and,
WHEREAS, the City Administrative Staff has researched the membership structure
and has recommended corrective action;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does adopt the following schedule which
represents a correction of the January 28th and March 3rd, 1980 Council actions,
and the appropriate current membership and length of terms for the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Schneider & Threinen
