Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinn of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d Ton
23rd day of February , 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils Schneider and Threinen.
The following members were absent: None
Cour Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-128
REVISING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT POLICIES
WHEREAS, over the past several years the City Council has adopted the following
resolutions establishing special assessment policies:
Resolution No. 66-156, September 12, 1966
Resolution No. 73-343, August 20, 1973
Resolution No. 75-624, November 3, 1975
Resolution No. 76-281, May 17, 1976
Resolution No. 80-475, July 21, 1981
AND, WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a new "Special Assessment Policy"
consolidating and revising the past policies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does adopt the revised Special Assessment
Policy as proposed in the City Engineer's memorandum dated February 20, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoWncil=mber Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
