Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M n�nesota, was held on the
23rd day of February , 1981 The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Councmem ers Hoy'f—,Neils, Schneider & Threi,nen
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. P1-123
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO FIRE TRAINING CENTER BOAPD
WHEREAS, Plymouth in 1973 entered into a joint and cooperative agreement with
other suburban municipalities and the Suburban Hennepin County Area Vocatic.nal-
Technical Schools (JISD #287); and
WHEREAS, Section II of this agreement provides for the appointment of a regula-,
and alternate member to the Fire Training Center Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the following appointments be made
to the Fire Training Center Board:
Regular Member - Ralph Begin
Alternate Member - James Arbeitor
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci.lmember Hg1t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
