Councilmember Threinen intro,'uced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 122
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONCEPT OF PUBLIC BOAT ACCESS TO BASS LAKE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth's Park and Recreation Advisory Commission
has studied the question of public access to Bass Lake, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission does recommend
there be public boat access to Bass Lake, and
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of
Plymouth to have public boat access to Bass Lake,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City staff be instructed to proceed with
developing plans for the implementation of public boat access to Bass
Lake, without change to the topography of the designated area.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
