Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetiro of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
23ri day of February , 19 81. The following members vere
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils , Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Cqupcilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 120
AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER AREA ASSESSMENTS
MISSION PONDS 2ND ADDITION REVISED
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a final plat for Mission Ponds 2nd Addition,
and
WHEREAS, in conjunction with that final plat approval, there were area sewer and
water assessments levied for twenty units within the plat;
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a revised plat, Mission Ponds 2nd Addition,
Revised, which reduced the number of lots within the addition by six units; and
WHEREAS, the total amount levied for these six units was $3000.00 and this amount
has been paid in full by the developer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the Finance Direc-
tor is directed to reimburse the developer $3000.00, plus any interest which was
paid on this amount.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
