Councilmembers Hoyt,,Neils, Schneider 8 Threinen The fo�ilowing members were absent: None Council ember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved It- tion: RESOLUTION NO. 81-119 AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS PROJECT NO. 606 PARKERS LAKE OUTLET WHEREAS, the City has undertaken Project No. 606; and WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent and temporary easements are required; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the interest of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Plymouth, for the City to acquire said easements; NOW, THEREFORE, BC IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation preceeding:; for Project No. 606 for the following described easements over the following described parcels: 1. Commencing at the Northeast corner of Government Lot 3 in Section 33, Township 118, Range 22, thence South along the East line of said Government Lot 3 a distance of 833.00 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence Southwesterly to a point on the Westerly line of said Government Lot 3 118.00 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof, thence North a distance of -100.00 feet, thence Northeasterly to a point on the East line of said Government Lot 3 100.00 feet North of the actual point of beginning, thence South to the actual point of beginning. A permanent utility easement for storm drain purposes over, under, across and through the North 20.00 feet of the above described parcel; and A temporary construction easement over, under, across and through the North 30.00 feet of the above described parcel. 2. One hundred foot right-of-way across Government Lot 2 in Section 33, Township 118, Range 22. A permanent utility easement for storm drain purposes over, under, across and through the West 130.00 feet of the North 20.00 feet of the above described parcel; and Resolution No. 81-119 Page 2 A temporary construction easement over, under, across and through the West 140.00 feet of the North 30.00 feet of the above described parcel. 3. Lot 6, Block 8, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake. A permanent utility easement for storm drain purposes over, under, across and lying within the above described parcel described as follows: beginning at the Southeast corner of said lot, thence West along the South line to Southwest corner of said lot, thence North along the West line of said lot a distance of 10.00 feet, thence Northeasterly to a point on the East line of said lot 20.00 feet North of the Southeast corner, thence South on the East line of said lot to the actual point of beginning. 4. Lot 7, Block 8, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake. A permanent utility easement for storm drain purposes.over, under, across and through the Southerly 10.00 feet of the above described parcel; and A temporary construction easement over, under, across and through the Southerly 20.00 feet of the above described parcel. 5. Lot 8, Block 8, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake. A permanent utility easement for storm drain purposes over, under. across and through the East 40.00 feet of the Southerly 15.00 feet of the above described parcel; and A temporary construction easement over, under, across and through the Southerly 20.00 feet of the above described parcel. 6. Lot 15, Block 8, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake. A temporary construction easement over, under, across and through the West 1/2 of the Southerly 10.00 feet of the above described parcel. 7. Lot 16, Block 8, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake. Temporary construction easement over, under, across and through the Southerly 10.00 feet of the above described parcel. 8. Lot 18, Block 8, Suburbandale on Parkers Lake. A temporary construction easement over, under, across and through the Southerly 10.00 feet of the above described parcel. Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East 5 chains of the West 10 chains of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 in Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, thence North to a point 362.88 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof, thence East 120.04 feet, thence North 62.88 feet, thence East to the East line of the West 10 chains of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 in Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, thence South to the Southeast corner of the West 10 chains of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 in Section 27, Township 11£. The 100.00 feet of railroad right-of-way across the Northeast 1/4 of the North- west 1/4 of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22. A temporary utility easement for storm drain purposes over, under, across and through the South 15 feet of the above described parcel; and A temporary construction easement over, under, across and through the South 25.00 teet of the above described parcel; and 21. A permanent utility easement for storm drain purposes over, under, across and through a strip of land 30 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the above described parcel, thence East along the South line a distance of 68 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence Northeasterly so as to intersect the North property line a distance of 120 feet west of the Northeast corner thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils Schneider & Threinen The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
