Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, K5nnesota was held on the
23rd day of February , 1981 The following members were
present: Manor Davenport, Coui�ci members Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following mem ers were absent: None

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-118
SETTING CONDITIONS RELATING TO AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING LOT DIVISION/
CONSOLIDATION FOR FORD M. ROBBINS (80059)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for Ford
M. Robbins on behalf of Michael Baker and John Sandberg relative to Lots 1
and 2, Block 3, Robert Middlemist 3rd Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following conditions
relating to and to be met prior to filing of the lot division/consolidation with
Hennepin County for Ford M. Robbins: t
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum and provision of all required
easements as approved by the City Engineer.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. The height and location of the existing fence shall be brought into compliance
with the Zoning Ordinance; while the petitioner may seek a zoning variance,
this action should not be construed to be endorsement of such a variance; and
in any case, prior to filing, the fence shall be removed from the City right-
of-way.
The motion for the adoption of.the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ToMowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider & Threinen
