Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota,, was held on M 23rd day of
February , 19 81 . The following members were present:

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 81-116
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR DELTAK CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY IN THE NORTH-
EAST CORNER OF XENIUM LANE AND 12TH AVENUE NORTH (A-654)
WHEREAS, Deltak Corporation has requested consolidation of Parcels A and B
located in Lot 2, Block 1, Reinhard Industrial Park into one lot for purposes
of expanding an existing building; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolida-
tion and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assess-
ment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation is approved by
Hennepin County:
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A: That part of Lot 2, Block 1, Reinhard Industrial Park lying west of
the following described line: Beginning at a point on the South line
of Lot 2 distant 515 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof;
thence North parallel with the West line thereof a distance of 336.25
feet; thence Northeasterly parallel with the northwesterly line of said
Lot 2 a distance of 247.53 feet; thence North parallel with the West
line thereof a distance of 371.29 feet to the Northerly line of
said Lot 2 and there terminating.
PARCEL B: Commencing at a point in the South line of Lot 2, Block 1, Reinhard
Industrial Park, distant 515 East from the Southwest corner thereof;
thence North 0 degrees, 21 minutes, 38 seconds West distant 336.25
feet; thence North 71 degrees, 33 minutes, 04 seconds East distant
247.53 feet; thence South 0 degrees, 'l minutes, 38 seconds to South
line of Lot 2; thence West to point of beginning.
To bo consolidated into a single new parcel described as follows:

DESCRIPTION FUR PARCELS A & B COMBINED
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying westerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence easterly
on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 14 minutes 02 seconds
East along the southerly line of said Lot 2 a distance of 750.03
feet to the beginning of the line to be described; thence North 0
degrees 21 minutes 38 seconds West 782.73 feet to the northerly
line of said Lot 2 and there terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
