Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was 474 on the
17th day of February , 1981 . The following members were
present: mayor Davenport, CouncilmeMDEF's Hoy= Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 112
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
RIDGEMOUNT AV; -NUE WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 103
�1HEREAS, Resolution No. 81-79 of the City Council, adopted the 2nd day of February,
11181, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to watermain improvements on
Ridgemount Avenue; and
1HEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of trunk water facilities,
.iatermain lateral and watermain fire loop along Ridgemount Avenue and around
Ridgemount Junior High; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing throuqh two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 17th day
of February, 1981, at which time all persons desiring to he heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted February 2, 1981.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer
for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement, including fire loop around building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
