HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-1100 aw CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of February , 1981 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen The following members were absent: None Councijmembgr Ngils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-1.10 APPROVING 1981 PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS & TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchant License has been received for the sale of "ouseware items from a van or truck from Tamas Indre Kovacs, 6202 France Avenue, Brooklyn Center, MN, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Tamas Indre Kovacs for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchant License is approved for a period to expire December 31, 1981. ` The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider 6 Thre-inen The following voted against ora stained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
