the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
2nd day of February , 1981 The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci mem ers Hoyf—,Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-109
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SALE OF CERTAIN TAX
FORFIET PARCELS FOR NONPAYMENT OF REAL ESTATE TAXES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from
the County of Hennepin a list of lands in said municipality which became the
property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified
by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as nonconserva-
tion land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of
County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification
by said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described by property
identification number as hereinafter listed as nonconservation land be and the
same is hereby approved, and that the sale of each such parcel is hereby approved for:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
