Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Min sen ota, was held on the
2nd day of _ February , 1981 . The following members
were present: Mayor DavenpQrt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Thrainen
The following members were absent:._ None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-108
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEIT PARCEL
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from
the County of Hennepin a description of land within its corporate limits which
has become the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate
taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcel of land described below has heretofore been classified by
the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as non -conser-
vation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by the said
Board of County Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYi'10UTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minneesota Statutes 282, that said classification by
said Board of Commissioners of the parcel of land described as non -conservation land
is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that the parcel be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282 for public
use as hereinafter shown:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
