Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
2nd day of _ February , 1981. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmem s_ Hoyt, Neils, SchnaidPr R Thruiir�aw
The following members were absent: Nonce
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-107
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS WITH PARK PLANNING CONSULTANT
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth intends to use the services of consulting engineers
to perform professional services in the construction of Mission, Timber Shores,
and Schmidt Lake parks during the 1981 construction season, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommends the selection
of Design Consortium to provide the City with such services based upon an
analysis of professional proposals received from four consulting firms, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on January 19, 1981 approved this selection of
Design Consortium as the consultant for the design of Mission, Timber Shores
and Schmidt Lake parks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that the contract entitled "Agreement for Park
Consultant Services for the Design and Construction of Three Park Sites"
between the City of Plymouth and Design Consortium in an amount not
to exceed $17,237 be approved, and further, that the Mayor and City
Manager be authorized to sign the approved contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
