Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 104
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 008
PIKE LAKE AREA TRUNK SEWER, PART I
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated January 27, 1981, for Dawson Construction
Company, has been prepared Dy Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
\,MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 1 in the amount of $43,468.86 to Dawson Construction Company for
Project No. 008.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Threingn
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
