Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpgular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTT on the y

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-101
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PR)JECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE E - PHASE II
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated January 21, 1981, for Lee's Landscaping
and Nursery, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $9,080.10 to Lee's Landscaping and Nursery for
Project 017, Schedule E, Phase II.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
