Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
ID2nd day of February , 19&L. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-100
APPROVING, CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
UTILITIES CONTRACT - SCHEDULE "B"
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Deduct for fine grading correction work by others,
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 3 for Project 017, Utilities Contract, is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA THAT Change Order No. 3 for Project 017, Utilities Contract, by deducting
$299.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $92,636.00 is revise)
to $92,337.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
® Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voied in favor there -o : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following vote against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
