Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ragular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esbtl was h -e the
2nd day of February , 1981 . The following members were
present:—Mayor Davenport, Counci:lmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-99
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
GRADING CONTRACT - SCHEDULE A
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Mobilization for backfilling shelters
2. Regrading at Oakwood Playfield because of field relocation
3. Deduct for corrective work by others;
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for Project 017, Grading Contract, schedule
A, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 017, Grading Contract, by adding
$2,349.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $130,947.00 is
revised to $133,296.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
