Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t- 2nd day of
February , 19 81. The following members were present:

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-98
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
1980 TV OF SANITARY SEWERS
PROJECT NO. 111
WHEREAS, in accordance with City standard specifications for sanitary sewer
projects, it is required that all pipe lines be inspected by TVing before the
improvements are accepted -by the City; and
WHEREAS, the following projects have been constructed during 1980 and require
TV inspection:

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City Council for the projects,
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. were designated as the engineer
for the improvements and have prepared plans and specifications for the TV
inspection work for said projects and have presented such plans and specifications
to the Council for their approval;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached, is hereto made
a part of and are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper
and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making
of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The
advertisement shall be published for two days, shall specify the work to be
done, shall state the bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m.,
Friday, February 27, 1981, at which time they will be publicly opened in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400 Plymouth Blvd.

Council at a subsequent meeting in the City Council Chambers,and that no bids
will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by
cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the
City Clerk for five percent (5q) of the amount of such bid.
