Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon the
2nd day of February , 1981 . The following members were
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-94 ,
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR THE MAPLE
GROVE MALL (A-528)
WHEREAS, the site plan for the Maple Grove Mall, located partially in Plymouth
and partially in Maple Grove northeast of I-494 and County Road 10 was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 78-273; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted to the City of Maple Grove the required site
improvement performance guarantee in the form of a letter of credit originally
in the amount of $122,000, reduced to $10,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the City of Maple Grove for release of
the performance guarantee, City Staff has inspected said site and concurs
with the recommended release;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize release of the site improve-
ment performance guarantee, Letter of Credit No. 34773 originally in the amount
of $122,000, reduced to $10,000, which was submitted to the City of Maple Grove
to guarantee site improvements for the Maple Grove Mall located partially in
Plymouth and partially in Maple Grove northeast of I-494 and County Road 10.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof:—MU—or payenport, Counctlmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
