Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-93A
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FROM VANTAGE COMPANY FOR
PLYMOUTH SERVICE CENTER (A-781)
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted by Vantage Company for the Plymouth Service
Center located south of Water Tower Circle between Annapolis and Xenium Lanes
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 78-65; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the
form of a bond in the amount of $44,100; and,
WHEREAS, upon the request of the developer for site inspection and release or
reduction of the financial guarantee, City Staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the
site performance guarantee, Bond No. 546569 in the amount of $44,100 which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements installed by Vantage Company at the
Plymouth Service Center located south of Water Tower Circle between Annapolis
and Xenium Lanes, to $10,000.
The motion for the adoptloin of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hngt . NPiI
Schneider and Threinen '
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
