RESOLUTION NO. 81-93
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FROM VANTAGE COMPANY FOR
WEST POINT BUSINESS CENTER (A-773)
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted by Vantage Company for the West Point Business
Center located south of Tndustrial Park Boulevard between Annapolis and Berkshire
Lanes was approved under City Council Resolution No. 77-701; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the
form of a bond in the amount of $142,325; and,
WHEREAS, upon the request of the developer for site inspection and release or
reduction of the financial guarantee, City Staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the
site performance guarantee, Bond No. 546568 in the amount of $142,325 which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements installed by Vantage Company at the
West Point Business Center located south of Industrial Park Boulevard between
Annapolis -nd Berkshire Lanes, to $37,500.
The emotion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoUpci, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tfollowing voted n favor thereo Mayor Davenner , rtminrilmmeherc Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
