HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-091CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of February, 1981 . The following members were present:Mavor Davenport, roupcilMembers Hays, Neils. Schneider and Threinen The tollowing members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-91 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR NAEGELE OUTDOOR ADVERTISING COMPANY FOR AN ADVERTISING SIGN LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF I-494 AND COUNTY ROAD 9 IN THE B-3 ZONING DISTRICT (80063) WHEREAS, Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company has requested approval of a condi- tional use permit for a 720 square foot advertising sign to be located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of I-494 and County Road 9; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company for a conditional use permit for a.. 720 square foot advertis- ing sign to be located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of I-494 and County Ruad 9 subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances and violation thereof shall constitute grounds for revocation. 2. The permit shall be subject to review at such time that the subject property is proposed for allowed development for purposes of determining whether the location, structure and size are compatible with the proposed development. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ho - t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils.
