HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-090CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the 2nd day of February, 1981 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: None Councilmember introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-90 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR PAN -0 -GOLD BAKING COMPANY FOR A RETAIL BAKERY THRIFT STORE WHEREAS, the Pan -O -Gold Baking Company has requested renewal of a conditional use permit to allow a retail bakery thrift store located at the southeast corner of Ranchview Lane and State Highway 55; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY- MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Pan -O -Gold Baking Company for renewal of a conditional use permit to allow a retail bakery thrift store located at the southeast corner of Ranchview Lane and State Highway 55 subject to the following conditions: 1. The hours of operation shall be 1:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Saturdays. 2. No signs relative to the conditional use permit shall be permitted. 3. No banners or advertising shall be displayed on the premises that would be visible from outside the building. 4. The permit shall be renewed in six (6) months. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmpmbpr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Mayor naypnpnt, 0ouncilmombors HAyt, Ne; e, Schneider and Threi.nen The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
