The following members were present: _Mayor Davenport, Councilm_em ers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen . The following members were None Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-86 ORDERING PROJECT NO. 112 LOST LAKE WOODS ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 17, 1980, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvements for the Lost Lake Woods Addition by the construction of watermains, sanitary sewer, streets, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the Coucnil on December 15, 1980; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted November 17, 1980 except the storm sewer outlet for Lost Lake shall only be constructed to Point "C" as desig- nated in the report and the widening of County Road 9 shall be for a by-pass lane on the north side of the roadway. The petitioner has waived his right to a public hearing. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby desig- nated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 3. Preparation of the plans and specifications shall not benin until the developer has executed the development contract. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schngider & Threl Den The ollowing voted against or abstains one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
