Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hela on the
2nd day of February , 19 gl . The following members were
present: 1iglyt. Neils. Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-84
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "LOST LAKE WOODS" FOR [,}:.LEY
LAND CORPORATION (80056)
WHEREAS, Halley Land Corporation has requested approval of the final plat for
"Lost Lake Woods", a plat for 10 single family lots located south of County
Road 9 and east of Lost Lake and a development contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 7 -HE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Halley
Lane Corporation for firal plat approval of "Lost Lake Woods", a plat for 10
single family lots located south of County Road 9 and east of Lost Lake;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, .oun_i1MPmhor_-, Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen .
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
