The following members were absent: None Cougcjl tuber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved —itsadoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-82 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF WESTWOOD CIRCLE IN IVANHOE WOODS ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the City Council has determined there is no public need and proposes a vacation of the following street: All that part of Westwood Circle lying easterly of the east line Saratoga Lane extended southeasterly from the northerly tangent point of a 53.33 ft. radius curve on Lot 21, Block 1, Ivanhoe Woods Addition, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 2, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said vacation and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
