Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Mi nesota was he d on the
2nd day of February , 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Scheid r & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-81
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF QUAKER LANE IN PHEASANT HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Ronald Bird and Thomas Smerud have
petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following street:
All that part of Quaker Lane lying south and westerly of a line
perpendicular to the west right-of-way line of Quaker Lane extended
from the southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 1, Pheasant Hills Addition,
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 2, 1981 at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
oun ilmemb r Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider & Threinen
