Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was he on the
2nd day of February , 19M_. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport. uncilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-80
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 16TH AVENUE IN PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Clifford A. and Marion F. Hanesalo have
petitioned the Cite Council for a vacation of the following street:
All that part of 16th Avenue adjacent to the northerly side of Lot 7,
Block A, Plymouth Orchards Addition and west of the westerly line of
Water Tower Circle extending southeasterly to intersect the south
line of 16th Ave.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 2, 1981
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Blvd.,
as the time aid place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
