Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-79
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 103
RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolutions of the Council adapted October 20 and November
17, 1980, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. with respect to watermain improvements on Ridgemount Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of watermain and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on December 15, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
of $162,360.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 17th day of February, 1981 in the Council Chambers of the
Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m.,
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho tand upon vote being taken thereon, the
