Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Min sen sen ota was held on the
19th day of January , 1981 . The following members were
present: mayor Davenport, ounce mem ers How Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-73
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 606 - PARKERS LAKE AREA STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, by a resolulution passed by the Council on January 19, 1981, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following
improvements:
1. Parkers Lake (PL -P1)
2. Ponds BC-P19A and BC-P19B lying norch and south of the Minnesota Western
railroad right-of-way between Harbor Lane and Fernbrook Lane/I-494
3. Pond BC -P20 lying on the west side of Interstate Highway No. 494 south
of County Road 6
4. Pond BC -P21 lying on the east side of Interstate Highway No. 494 south
of County Road 6
5. Inlet and outlets for Ponds PL -P2, BC-P19C and BC -P27
by the installation of storm sewer, ponding areas, pumping station and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY .ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 17th day of February, 1981 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposeu assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the
total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice
to Ne given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembe Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor ereo :Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider & Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
