The following memoirs were absent: None err rrr .� Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-72 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 606 PARKERS LAKE AREA STORM SEWER WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been completed for the improvement o : 1. Parkers Lake (PL-Pl) 2. Ponds BC-P19A and BC-P19B lying north and south of the Minnesota Western Railroad right-of-way between Harbor Lane and Fernbrook Lane/I-494 3. Pond BC -P20 lying on the west side of Interstate Highway No. 494 south of County Road 6 4. Pond BC -P21 lying on the east side of Interstate Highway No. 494 south of County Road 6 5. Inlet and outlets for Ponds PL -P2, BC-P19C and BC -P27 by the installation of storm sewer, ponding areas, pumping station and all necessary appurtenances, and the estimated cost for such improvement is $1,245,664.59 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $211,798.02, so the total cost of the improvement will be $1,457,462.61; and of this cost the City will pay $378,902.06 as its share of the cost; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $1,078,560.55. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof.
