The following members were present: Mayor navpnnort. _ounrilmembers Hoyt. Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: None CCoouunnccilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-69 APPROVIN1 1981 PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS & TRANSIENT MERCHANT LICENSE WHEREAS, an application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License has been received for the sale of seafood from a refrigerated truck at 11000 Highway 55 from Stephen William Frank, 5345 Mayview Road, Minnetonka, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Stephen William Frank for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License be approved for a period to expire December 31, 1981. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cgyncllmember Hqyt -'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted to favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
