Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-68
APPROVING WINE LICENSE FOR LATUFF's PIZZERIA
WHEREAS, Michael J. Latuff has requested the issuance of a Wine License
for Latuff's Pizerria, Inc., 11333 Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Latuff has met the requirements of Chapter XII, Subdivision 3,
of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Council does hereby approve the issuance of a
Wine License for the purpose of selling wine at retail for consumption on
the premises of Latuff's Pizzeria effective February 1, 1981 to expire on
January 31, 1982 subject to the appropriate laws of the United States, the
State of Minnesota, the ordinances and regulations of the City of Plymouth,
and the rules and regulations of the Liquor Control Commissioner of the
State of Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
751lowing voted in favor thereof—: Mayor Davenport. Councilmember Hoyt.
Neils, Schneider and Threinen
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
