Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of __ li,nuary , 1981 . The following members
were present:Mayor Davenport. Counci 1 members Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-67
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING L'QUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -sale Intoxicatiny Liquor Licenses
have been received from the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter
XII, Section 1200.01 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Off -sale Intoxicating Liquor License applica-
tions for the parties -listed below be approved for the period February 1, 1981
through January 31, 1982.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Quncilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneiderad Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
