Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of Januar 19 81 . The following members
were_present: Mayor Davenport, Counci members Hoyt, Weils, Schneider 8 Thrzigen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-66
APPROVING SUNDAY SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR THE RADISSON INN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, an application fo,, renewal of Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor
License has been received by the City from Jorgen Viltoft, dba Radisson
Hotel Corporation, for the Radisson Inn Plymouth, in accordance with
Chapter XII, Section 1200 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that this Council does hereby approve the issuance of
a Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License to Jorgen Viltoft, dba Radisson
Hotel Corporation, for the Radisson Inn Plymouth effective February 1, 1981
to expire January 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof:–Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt_
Neils, Schneider and Threinen — —
