Pursuant to due call and notice tnc reof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of ,lamuary 19 81 . The following members
were present:Maypr Dg rs Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent:_ None ,
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-65
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR THE RADISSON INN PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, Jorgen Viltoft, dba Radisson Hotel Corporation, of Radisson Inn
Plymouth has applied for renewal of On -sale Intoxicating Liquor License
in accordance with Cahpter XII, Section 1200 of the City Cede;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that this Council does hereby approve the issuance of
an On -sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Jorgen Viltoft, dba Radisson
Hotel Corporation, on the premises of the Radisson Inn Plymouth, 2705
Annapolis Lane, effective February 1, 1981 to expire January 31, 1982,
subject to the appropriate laws of the United States, the State of Minnesota,
the ordinances and regulations of the City of Plymouth, and the rules and
regulations of the Liquor Control Commissioner of the State of Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against orabstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
