Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-59
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAY,IELDS
SCHEDULE D - PHASE II
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated January 7, 1981, for Conservation Systems,
Inc., has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $6,020.66 to Conservation Systems, Inc. for
Project 017, Schedule D, Phase I1.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote beingg taken thereon, the
following vo n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmemhers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider & Threinen
