Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of

present: Mawr Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen .
The following ir.embers were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-58
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS - SHELTERS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5, dated December 31, 1980 for R. C. Dahlstrom,
Inc., has been prepared by Bather, Rinarose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Ptiyment No. 5 in the amount of $37,080.00 to R. C. Dahlstrom, Inc. for shelters
at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secDnded by
Councilmember Hoyt . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider & Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted-.
