Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-57
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE G
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated December 23, 1980, for Perkins Landscape
Contractors, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, 14olsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 3 in the amount of $23,932.68 to Perkins Landscape Contractors for
seeding and sodding at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
