Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinn of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
19th day of January , 1981 . The following members were
present: mayor Davenport,ounce mem e'rs Hoy', Neils, Schneider & Threlnen
The following members were absent: None
Councilmenber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-53
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
PROJECT NO. 908
MEDINA ROAD UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared to include grading along the south
side of Medina Road in the Metro Industrial Park to insure proper drainage; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for Project 908 utilities is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 4 for Project 908 (Utility Improvement) by adding
$1,100.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $365,895.50 is
revised to $366,995.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Res^'ution was duly seconded by
