Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of January la 81 The following members were
present.-7ayor Davenport, unc a Hoyt, Neils, Schneider & Threinen
The following mems were a sent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-52
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 930/931
SHILOH AND GLEANLOCH PARK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the contract for Project 930/931:
1. Delete bituminous patching in Shiloh Park
2. Delete replacement of 19 trees in Gleanloch Park
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Project 930 and 931 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 930 and 931 deducting $1,687.00 is
approved and the contract price of $85,146.00 is revised to $83,459.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
